Delivery

I offer free UK delivery on orders over £75!

Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order by me, please allow 3 to 10 working days from placing your order before despatch. If you need your order quicker please let me know and I will endeavour to get it to you sooner. This timeframe may increase at busy times but I will contact you if this is the case.

All pieces are packaged plastic free, in a recyclable gift box with a viscose flocked insert (not plastic foam) or cotton bag depending on the item.

Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service:

Tracked 48 - £3.50 (Royal Mail compensation cover up to £150)

Tracked 24 - £4.50 (Royal Mail compensation cover up to £150)

For high value items please consider selecting Special Delivery - £8.50 (Royal Mail compensation cover up to £750)

Please note that the service selected does not determine the time it takes me to make items in your order.

International delivery

Currently I am not shipping outside of the UK, due to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) requirements, I am not able to ship to Northern Ireland & the EU. Please contact me for any orders outside of the UK to confirm when I will be shipping internationally.

I use Stripe an online payment service provider, who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment. I do not have access to their payment pages.
