Return Policy
I really hope you love your jewellery, but if you are unhappy with your purchase or if you decide something isn’t quite as expected, I am more than happy to accept returns provided you notify me within 14 days. You will then have another 14 days to return your item providing the return is accepted.
If an item is faulty, please let me know immediately and I will send you a replacement or issue a full refund (upon receipt of the faulty item).
Returns Policy
You can return your piece(s) for refund within 14 days of receipt of the order, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and within the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You need to notify me within 14 days of receipt of the order, you will then have another 14 days to return your item providing the return is accepted.
Due to hygiene reasons earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (unless faulty) cannot be returned. Custom made or bespoke items cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless they are broken or damaged. I do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, these responsibilities lie with you the customer. To ensure peace of mind I would advise that you use a tracked service providing compensation and obtain proof of postage.
